CPA new guy here, need some advice

I have basic CPA knowledge. I have read Kensters rags to riches like 10 times already and I'm ready to take action! I have been accepted into 5 CPA networks. For my first route I decided I want to go with a risk free trial offers. I don't have much funds so I am going to go with free methods untill I can afford PPC. I plan on getting traffic through craigslist and backpage. I get a decent amount of emails coming my way but I hate to spend time to respond to every single email. I have gmail and it does have an autoresponder but I cant seem to figure out how to put a hyperlink to my affiliate link. I can do it when I respond manually to each single email, I copy and paste my response and then I click the link button and type in "text to display" and then link it to "my aff link".
But this way is tedious and slow. Is there an a way to put a hyperlink in gmail autoresponder? Or is there another way I can go about doing this? Thanks
