Need Advice: Want lots of $$ with CPA

First off, forget ebooks - seriously, ignore them.

There are lots of mentoring sites/people available, look for the one with the best reviews - that is my advice.

Funny, I have two WSO's I purchased this month, which are both excellent. Their techniques are current, actionable, and with high profit potential. (Thank you TimG and Kenster) They have stretched my mind in the direction it needed to go.

It is interesting to, since I write articles for other Warrior's article marketing campaigns, that it is RARE they ask me to write about an ebook, an Internet Marketing course, or even internet marketing techniques. Usually it is about physical products, or other totally unrelated niches.

I can't imagine they keep ordering more articles if they are not making a profit.

What you are really saying is you have not learned how to make money online yet, or have not take enough action.

One of the number 1 traits you will find in everyone who is successful...They keep taking action and battle through the obstacles.

My advice, choose a method you want to make work, and then make a 100% commitment to work every moment possible using that technique. Ignore every other technique until you are making profits from the one method.

In terms of finding a niche, there are many things you can do. Most of my niche ideas come from just observing, always being alert when watching tv, reading magazines, and walking the streets. There is software out there that can help, but the best resource is just being observant as marketers in every industry must be.


And YES, there is plenty of money to be made online. Of course people who have a very specific campaign that is making them great money will not reveal exactly what he/she did. They will not tell you their keywords or show you their landing page, it doesnt make sense to just like Krispy Kreme or Coca Cola will never reveal their seret recipe. And I would guess that you wouldnt show anybody your campaign if it was making a lot of money.

This forum is filled with people who make money, some a little some a ton. Some do it with CPA, some with adsense, some wiith media, and many many more methods.

Are there people out there that have products that dont make a lot of money doing what they preach, im sure there probably are. Is that a majority of people, probably not.

Now that you have the CPA urge, focus on soaking in as much as you can from this forum. You dont need ebooks or products. WIll they help you learn faster, probably, but they arent neccessary by any means whatsoever. The next step is just keep trying to find something that has potential and then running with it. Add some creativity where you see fit. If you have doubt that money can be made online, then that will be your biggest obstacle. From my experience, the people with the most doubt have a much more difficult time getting anywhere.

Kansas Dragon makes a good point. Sometimes it is easy to think that making money online is only possible in the internet marketing niche. This is simply not true.

The world outside of Internet Marketing products is massive and dwarfs the IM space. It can be physical products or digital products outside the IM space.

We live in a world of information. We live in a world that is going online for everything. There are pockets of money to be made everywhere and in every niche.

Yeah, I mean the thing about e-books is that they are good for two things

1. If you are new, then the aggregated information makes it easier to learn instead of getting pieces of info from all over the place.

2. They help spark ideas. I still buy a bunch of products. Most I dont get anything out of (I dont return them...it's an investment. Some investment are good, some bad). But, I may read another ebook even from a beginner that happens to spark an idea. Maybe I see what he/she did and find a way to apply it to what I'm doing.


Its hard to write an ebook with an actual method down to every single step. Things are soo dynamic and things change daily and its not a science, much of CPA and methods is an art. Similarly it would be hard for Picasso to write an ebook on how to paint a good picture. But what he could do is write a book on the foundations of painting and then you as the artist has to take that foundation and run with it and develop your own style.


So in my opinion...I still invest in all kinds of products but for those who are on a limited budget, there is no need. As you earn money, then invest in yourself. And I think its important to keep in mind that when you buy an ebook it alone will not make you a dime. It is meant to guide you, give you hints and then you yourself must actually do the work. You will undoubtedly come across challenges, some of which are unique to you..remember I said this is an art, not a science.

Do TV show websites with content gateways still produce money like they used to? (Only CPA network I'm with is CPALead). I realize this is probably an old method, but this is something I could setup without much difficulty.
