anyone having success with sites that offer incentives to their users for filling out cpa lead offers such as email or zip submits?

For example, does anyone give their users prizes like iTunes gift cards, etc for filling out a certain value amount of cpa offers?

I'm wondering how difficult it is to track these things and if their is any extra work you have to do for tax purposes, etc?

Thanks in advance.

The days of incentive sites are dying, I'm not sure about tax purposes but offers that allow this are shrinking by the day

That's not quite true. There are CPA networks that are cutting back on incentive offers but there are plenty of reliable networks that specialize on incentive offers. Also, it depends on the incentive. A lot of the better known networks like Maxbounty and Neverblue are cutting back on cash incentives but still allow a lot of point and referral incentives. The GPT marketing platform is bigger than ever.

Most of the new incentive sites don't last very long because to many newbies get into it without any prior experience with IM in general. Knowledge of SEO, article marketing, PPC, PPV, video marketing are a must if you want to have any chance of earning a decent income. Posting on a couple of freebie forums is not going to cut it.

If done correctly, you can make a nice living from a successful incentive site.

If you can manage to get your site ranked for certain keywords, it is impossible not to make money. Human beings, by nature are always looking for a bargain, or even better, a freebie. The temptation for many is just to big not to complete a couple of CPA offers. Once you get your first free gifts sent out to people, the word spreads like wildfire. People are going: "holy sh.t, this stuff really works!?" and get their friends to sign up.

Incentivized CPA deals have horrible lead quality for the merchant. I wouldnt be surprised if these offers will become a thing of the past. All these free ipod offers only give the merchant people who are interested in a free ipod ... NOT in what the merchant has to offer.

Any questions just let me know

That is exactly what it is. These companies have huge financial resources and are more than happy to spend a fortune on building a gigantic email database that they can spam the living sh.t out of. They are paying for a list and the CPA networks and freebie sites are providing it. I don't think a lot of these advertisers are to fussed if the traffic is targeted or not, as long as they are building "their list."

Whoa! Everyone, be careful not to believe everything you read in these forums. Too often, people write as though they know what they are talking about, when they are actually clueless on the topic.

The merchant wants to capture email addresses, which they exploit, sell, and resell many times. These ipod offers are extremely successful for the merchant. This is obvious because there are many such offers and new ones every week.

As for incentive traffic going away, you should research some of the most popular and growing CPA networks. Some of them specialize in incentive traffic, and many people are banking good money every day. Here's just one for you; cpalead.com

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

A very popular network right now that focuses on these and that is on the up and up is cpalead. Their wehole platform is based on locking content and the user must complete a survey to unlock the content, whether it be a download, streaming video, xbox live points, etc. I know for a fact that some of the highest earners on that network make a portion of their earnings from a rewards site where users login and complete surveys and offers and earn points towards amazon, itunes, etc. I guess what I am trying to get at is that I am not very experienced yet and have no idea how long this will be profitable but as of now it is most definitely HOT

I would go to far to say that incentives are dying down. In fact, mine are up and have been going up for awhile.
