need some clarification here.

i would surely have a hard time to scale up and would go broke in a snap if this would be the case

if not then where or how do you direct your vistors to each of your CPA offers?

please show me some examples

by using subdomains. Example: freegadgets.com is your root domain. An example of a subdomain would be freeipad.freegadgets.com. Can easily be set up in cpanel. Alternately you could go the cheap-skate route and just use freegadgets.com/freeipads.html.

If the 1st example is a sub-domain , what is the 2nd example called and how
is it a cheap skate method , where do you create it ?

You just upload whatever your page is to your domain. Example: If your domain is mydomain.com and you have a page called contact.html then you just upload it and the url will be mydomain.com/contact.html.

Oh, Ok, thanks a lot for that explanation Colton ...

So all you have to do is make sure that the uploaded page is
in the correct folder so that it gets tacked onto the end of
          the root domain ?

Yes, just upload it to your root folder of your domain.

I personally use subdomain names and it works best for me. What i did was to register a general domain name that i can use for just campaign. I then created a subdomain name for each of my campaigns.

if this would be the case, then we are talking about target traffic here, right?

          and not organic?

not at all. A ton of CPA offers will work just direct linking them. Facebook is a great example of this.
