Trouble with youtube convertsion, 36 click and 0 leads today

Hi

In a video which gets around 1000 views each hour I'm having a link in the description field to a CPA offer (email submit, "FREE iPad").

After 5 seconds in the video an annotation appear in the video, "Want a FREE iPad? See below for instructions".

I used to get around maybe 4 clicks each day but now after adding the annotation it's above 30. So I see the annotation has some effects.

There are 3 things I'm not satisfied with:
1 ) Today for example there have been 36 clicks on my CPA offers, but 0 leads

2) About 24000 views each day, I was expecting to have more than 100 leads. Now I haven't even got that much in clicks

3) The CPA offer I promote is only valid in the United States. When users from other countries click on the CPA offer they are taken to another CPA offer by MaxBounty

Any suggestions?

are your visitors interested in getting a free ipad? I dont know your market so i cant help you but you may be better suited to a different offer relative to whomever your youtube video audience is.

I thought everybody was interested in free iPad these days. I even got a email from my affiliate manager recommending me to use that CPA offer as it's converting well. (or maybe he knows I'm using that CPA and wants me to direct more traffic to it, because it converts well)

Anyway the video is a funny video, it's taken from the America's Funny Videos tvshow

check your demographics, if its only males for example, try to tailor it.

Don`t be disappointed after 36 clicks. Youtube traffic does not conert that well, give it more time. Also most of this Ipad offers are for US only. You could be getting clicks from other country outside US.
Maybe after 100 clicks, if no conversion you should refine things.

your expecting too much from youtube traffic,a good ctr is 1% which would give you 240 clickthroughs at 5% conv rate would give you 12 conversions.
