If you've been garnished can CPA companies give up your earnings?

Hi everyone, Im not sure if any one faced the same thing but if you've been garnished and your regular wages been taking will CPA companies give up your earnings to the authorities as well? Thank you!

    I don't see how they couldn't,but a way to avoid this is to get incorporated.Do your dealings under a business,get on your feet then pay back what you owe.

      nah..no way, but you're scared. use paypal to take money from CPA, then transfer money to family member's paypal, and deposit in their account. you can cash out then

    Not sure what you mean, but its always good practice to set up some sort of limited liability to protect your individual assets.

    Just remember, its always better to lpay by the rules. Normally you end up making more money in the long run that way anyhow

    I would use paypal but don't feel like leaving out 3% to them.. and how do I set up my limited liability? I mean will the goverment find out that I work and make money with CPA networks and will take my earnings? Thank you all in advance..
