Newbie question about offers redirecting depending on ip

Hello all, just though I'd post this before I go to bed. So i was going through some reports on Maxbounty, and i noticed some clicks on an offer that I wasn't promoting. Now, is this because someone clicked on one of my other offers but was redirected because of their ip address? i just want to know so that i can track everything, like kenster says to do.

    Yes, it probably happened because people from other countries have visited your site.
