How I called manager?

I registered neverblue, the injuries on the consent of mail, and telephone number on which to call, call for free from Skype, but can not connect to manager, the operator told me to leave message and I would like to speak with the manager.
What can I do?

    There might be many managers in a CPA network holding different accounts and therefore the operator will be instructed not to put you through to any one account manager. Your application will probably be assigned to a manager who will call you, so be ready to accept and receive their call for it they cannot contact you easily and straightaway that might give them reason to refuse your application.

    If you have made an application and not heard back in say 48 hours then do as you have done and show initiative and say you are following up on your application and you would like to speak with a manager to investigate your application.

    You are taking the right approach wanting to talk with a manager especailly if you have a website which they might consider has no relevancy and all you want to do anyway is advertise through other channels and not on the website you entered because you felt obliged to complete that part of the application form.

    Make sure they can contact you by landline in the first instance to be sure and be ready to answer their questions.

    I consent to injuries and the manager told me a number to call.
    But I heard that the manager can call up to go.
    After the call, and then wrote 300 operator told me Leave messages.
