How to get Approved by a CPA Network

I just got off the phone with my affiliate manager at Neverblue. During out conversation I though it would be a good opportunity to ask a question many of the newbies out there want answered. "How to get approved by a CPA network?" I specifically asked him what one thing someone could do to help get approved, especially if they don't have incredible traffic numbers to boast.
He said the number one thing they look for is professionalism.
There are two things he discussed here.
1) Application presentation. There's not a whole lot on a CPA application other than your traffic, monthly earning, etc., but a great way to get their attention is in the comment box. Tell them about your other campaigns, affiliate relations, etc., but do so in a professional manner. Capitalization, punctuation and grammar are key here.
This is obvious, but the affiliate manager said I would be surprised at how many applications they get with poor spelling, punctuation and grammar errors. This is the place to share about yourself, so be sure to promote yourself as if you were in a job interview.
2) Email. At Neverblue anyways, it's important to give a professional email. Gmail and Yahoo might not cut it. Try and give an email associated with one of your domain names. He really stressed this point.
These are two things the affiliate manager told me are great ways to help your CPA network approval. If you're pulling in thousands of dollars on other networks and have websites with 100,000 visitors a month, these two things won't matter, but if you have a small traffic base and not more than a few thousand ( or less ) a month with other networks, these are sure to help.
Remember, when you are approved by a CPA network, you are partnering with them. They only want partners they trust to be professional with their business.
