Company + Homepage to get accepted?

Hey there,

I just purchased a WSO dealing with a special kind of CPA marketing and in the course of my first research, I noticed that at most CPA networks you have to provide a company name + homepage.

As I am still employed full time at the moment and just starting out with my first steps in online marketing, I do not own a business or am registered as a self employed professional in any way.

Now my question is, how much effort regarding company name / homepage is needed in order to get accepted into the main CPA networks? Does the company have to exist in a legal way? How do you personally handle this?

I own plenty of webspace + a ".com" domain and I intend to set up a simple one-page site with some kind of logo + e-mail, will this suffice?

Thanks in advance,

Andy

In my experience, you don't need a company name or homepage to complete the application. You will need a website that is already setup that you can list on your application (It doesn't have to be your Company's website).

Back when I first got into affiliate marketing, I didn't apply with a company name and the website I listed was a simple blog designed to sell some clickbank product. Just explain over the phone how you plan to promote the networks offers. If it's PPC, then tell them you build landing pages specific to the offer or direct link.

I think its okay if you just use your name for now. You'll be considered independent contractor/self employed I think.

I just got accepted into my first CPA program, for company I just entered "Individual" and as a homepage I currently have a simple wordpress blog running with a couple of sample articles. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach any of the other CPA networks over phone, so I gues I'll have to wait...

    Thanks for the info, guys!
