    maybe you should provide some more details like how old the site is, backlinks, traffic, whether you make any money from it?

      hey Jem... I know there is a way to plug my website into a system and it says how much the site is worth with details about my site that even I wouldn't know... I don't have that program/site though.... my site is about a month 1/2 old... made 138 dollars so far off adsense... I only post about 1 to 1.5 articles per day (10 min articles) because I have no time at all... so money is def to be made if your willing to put time into it... it has 2,840 unique visitors so far

        avg time on my site is 0:54 secs

        and this site is recognized by google news which means most articles I write will make the first page of google no matter how competitive the keyword is

    Hey Tommy, I'm honestly no expert but for people that know this better I think they'd need more information like site analytics and stats.

    One thing I like to do is go on flippa or other companies that sell sites and compare mine to the ones they have there

    Your site value will be high if it has >1k traffic daily with good PR and authority backlinks pointing to your site.

        The formula I use to work out my buy it now price for a young site is:

        average daily earnings of last 30 days x 30.5 x 11.5

        but your site should be at least 3 months old so you can show the average earnings is continuing to grow because the buyer is taking a risk on a new site.

        If the site is older and earnings have leveled off then you can expect to get at least 12 x monthly earnings.

    Well some people calculate the value of a website multiplicating the monthly profit by 12.

    But, It would be nice to know the amount of backlinks, pagerank, domain age,
    traffic, pageviews, domain trust, etc.
