Tip:

Use Facebook
Target all soccer'world cup related terms
soccer teams, players, clubs, everything

Get some good action shots with faces if possible. You should be able to get ctr's well above .1 ctr. I had several ads woith .2% ctr and above. I was getting .02-.08 cent clicks to a mobile offer on neverblue.

Bid cpm

Worked out pretty good a couple weeks back
