Making It Work With Google AdWords

Hey Everyone,

How's everyone doing?

So far I've been doing well with article marketing to a few of my blogs for CPA offers. I've got membership to some of the bigger CPA networks (Neverblue, COPEAC, Azoogle etc.).

Article marketing works alright but I think the real money is in Google AdWords.

Can anyone recommend a good training program for AdWords and also share some strategies with how to handle PPC to CPA? I know successful people are pulling this off (despite what a lot of people say about google slaps etc.).

I'm planning on looking into purchasing Speed PPC with some of my earnings to help me automate my campaigns.

There are many good courses about AdWords out there and also lot's of information that you can find for free on this forum. However, I wouldn't buy Speed PPC if I were you. Of course, Speed PPC is great, but you don't need it when you're just starting. There are many other things that are much more important and that you have to consider when getting started with AdWords or any other PPC company. The only software that you need to use with your first campaigns is Prosper202.

Start simple, choose a few free cpa offers, create simple landing pages and start testing some campaigns. See which verticals work for you and which don't, find a campaign with a positive ROI and scale it. Don't overcomplicate the things, keep everything as simple as possible.

I bought SpeedPPC right near the beginning of my PPC career and I have absolutely no regrets. I would agree that you should probably know the fundamentals before using SpeedPPC because it can magnify your losses just as easily as magnifying your gains!

With that said, Speed PPC is a great piece of software and as many of you know, its the only product I am publicly (to warriors and friends) an affiliate of. Of course I have other affiliate product campaigns, but SpeedPPC is the only one I have ever mentioned in a WSO of mine or given bonuses to for a reason.

As for the best PPC course, I have heard PPC Coach is a great community. I learned most of what I know from trial and error with a base knowledge coming from free sources like this forum, AC (not free), forums, Adwords Training Center, Perry Marshall, etc

Good luck on the PPC journey. Be diligent and methodical and be prepared to lose at first. The point is to find the good campaigns and then ramp the heck outta them.

My strategy with Google is to use them to capture leads in my various niches. Some of the riskier stuff that Google doesn't always approve of (****) I'll market through email afterwords.

I like Perry Marshalls stuff on PPC. I think his courses are the best out there for AsWords.

If you have already learned the basics of ppc -- definitely grab SpeedPPC. Saves an insane amount of time -- well worth the investment.

In terms of adwords learning, Perry Marshall is your guy -- by the time you finish reading his definitive guide to adwords 2010 -- you'll know everything you need. if you want to save some money, you can go to a bookstore and grab "the ultimate guide to google adwords" which is by him and bryan todd -- its like 70 bucks cheaper than his ebook and has equivalent information.

if you are building a list why would you promote scammy **** products to them? your subscribers will end up getting pissed off at you, will not buy anything else that you reccomend.Try giving them something of value end you will making money of them for life.

agreed, e-mail lists is all about trust, doing offers like rebills kills that pretty quick
