Need creative ideas on how to promote the scholarship offers
I would like to start promoting the free scholarship offers (we have alot of colleges where I live, that's what gave me the idea). I have a couple ideas but am looking for more on how to get targeted traffic to these offers. Here is what my noggen has come up with so far:
1) Place tabbed flyers at the local colleges and universities with a URL to my landing page. The landing page will then lead them to the offers.
2) Create a facebook group or fan page that is all about college and higher education opportunities. Once in awhile shoot out a link to my landing page that will have my offer links on them.
3) Use eBay classifieds to get my landing page URL out there.
4) SEO my landing page to rank
5) Write articles with landing page link.
If any of these sound like a bad idea, please let me know. Has anyone had any success promoting these scholarship offers, and if so, what was the most effective way to promote them?

PS...I realize that most networks don't allow Facebook, ebay, and Craigslist traffic, but is it OK to send that traffic to your landing page and THEN onto your offers?
