Is there anyone on this forum who knows how to generate tons leads for CPA offers for FREE? I'm just starting out and need help. I don't have any funds so please do not recommend a product. Thank you to all in advance who will post something of great value to me.

There are a lot of free methods you can use. The only limitation will be your imagination =).

Youtube
Facebook
Forum posting
SEO - niche sites or blogs targeting low competition keywords that you will have no problem ranking high in Google.

If you're a noob and don't have a dime to spend your best bet is to start working hard and smart, learn quickly, experiment with paid traffic and then decide what path to choose - SEO or paid traffic sources. Both can be very profitable but the choice is one for the future as now you only seem to have a single option - free traffic. Good luck.

  As the other warriors already said, you need to afford somethings and you can't expect to earn millions of dollars without investing some money....
  
  However, an easy start off are the social marketing sites, like facebook, Twitter, Myspace etc...
  You need to have or make alot of friends and post adds or links of your site or product and may be even ask your friends to spread the word as well.
  
  It is of course not the most effective method thats out there, however it doesn´t cost you anything and you get at least some traffic onto your site

Find successful websites and learn from them what they've done. How to find successful sites? Type what you are after for on Google and look at the high ranked sites. Next thing is to do reverse-engineer their sites, find out what, why and how they are doing it.

A "free" method to generate tons of leads... If it were all that simple everybody here would be millionaire!

This business is a little bit more complicated than that. You will need to choose a traffic source, verticals, networks, offers, etc and then start testing campaigns. Regardless the method you choose, you will need to spend some money to find a profitable campaign. There are not free methods, only "cheaper" methods.
