Take action

Seriously. If you know it well but aren't doing anything with the knowledge that you have, then that's you're problem. Someone could give you the perfect step-by-step guide to making $10,000 per day, but it won't do a d@mn bit of good if you don't take action.

Yes you are right martin
I know this is my problem but may be some problems I have is the thing that disappoint me
as an example ...In most of the videos I saw and the ppl who learned me somethings there is always the point that " YOU HAVE TO PAY.... for ads , for traffic for ... and then you will have return on investment "
I am able to pay for low prices things like domains or servers ...But I can't afford paying all these expenses for ads and traffic while I am still trying and haven't enough experience ....
Also one of the most things that disappoint me is that they ( cpa networks ) will not accept me ...
I myself tried CJ and I can say that most if not all offer owners didn't accept me ..
They need experienced member who have a big history in this field in order to be accepted ...How I will have an experience while no one accept me to promote his offer there ...
Another thing is that every cpa network I am required to fill in a site
I don't have already a site ....And I don't know what sort of sites I should do inorder to be accepted
I am sorry for long talk but that was 3 of things disappointing me and preventing me from making those two words you told

Getting accepted by networks is not hard if you use the right approach. Try to go through these threads and find out what you are doing wrong:

After getting accepted you need to choose a system, traffic source, verticals and offers. If you don't have money to spend on ads you still can do very well with CPA if you stick with the free methods. SEO, article marketing and video marketing are some of the options that you have.

Choose something for you, decide what traffic source you are going to use and stick on it. Chances are that you won't make any money in the beginning, but if you want to succeed you must be prepared to overcome some obstacles. Keep trying and learn from your own mistakes. Experience is the best teacher you may have.

I'm not sure if the step-by-step thing that you are looking for exists. Many people have campaigns that are making them lot's of money, but none of them will give such campaigns to you. The may teach you the steps that they follow when building them, but you still will need to figure out many things by yourself.

So make a choice, take action and keep focused!

Try to create a basic business site to show networks. The networks will be a lot more likely to accept you if you have an established business - even if it doesn't do anything.

Taking the time to create a business site that shows what you do (performance marketing) will go a long way for most of the networks.

As far as spending money - you have to spend either money or time. There are plenty of free ways to make money online but you'll be working a lot to make a decent income so you can advance into paid traffic.

it sounds like you need to start taking action (i know its already been said but..)

your not going to fully learn anything until you take action, you can learn the basics and techniques, but the action like determine if you really know it, etc...

But I have a question about the site which I should make in order to be accepted in the cpa networks
I am some in this point
I have a domain name EarnMoneyTeam.com ...ofcourse it isn't working now coz I have nothing to do in it ...
But is it a nice idea to build a website about the ways of earning money online ...just some articles and information with a wordpress and a good design ..and Just apply with it in any cpa network ???
Or that will not work because cpa networks may be checking my site's page rank and alexa and how much traffic comes to the site ?
and what cpa networks you advice me to begin with ?

I would suggest you do a search (the third link from the right in the red linkbar ,when you're logged in). Go to "Advanced search". Use the words "best cpa network" in the text box, then set the search to "Titles Only". Then at the bottom right part of the page set the search to the "Ad Networks - CPA, CPM, CPL - Millionaire Makers" forum.

That should show you networks that others more experienced have already been talking about.
