Affiliate program (Babylon) does not respond/pay - anyone else?

Hello guys,

I really need your input on something.

There's an affiliate program that I promoted over a year and now they simply ignore all of my mails. The program in question is Babylon:

By coincidence, is there anyone here who promoted Babylon lately? It's a pretty popular translation software. I can fully understand that answering mails can take days, but it's been over a month and I'm actually pretty patient with them.

Any else having similar problems maybe?

P.S. This is no bashing thread or anything similar. Babylon is actually a pretty decent CPA program and they were pretty responsive last year. Maybe there's a problem with the mail server, they're all on vacation or whatever.

    I happen to just be checking out some offers on Neverblue, and I think I saw that they were a high EPC offer. But you deal with them directly, huh?

      Yes, I think I have already seen them on Neverblue. I don't remeber of their EPC, though.

      Dealing directly with the merchant can give you better payments, but it's also more risky. Anyway, have you already called them?

      I wish I had heeded the warning I received to watch out for this affiliate program. After being contacted numerous times asking me to run their incentive Babylon software offers, I finally did, in July. We ran them until October. Upon checking my records I realized I hadn't ever received a payment from them. When I contacted them, I was ultimately told that "Your payment is currently on hold due to fraud." It took them over 3 months to decide that and only after I requested my money? As I wrote, I wish I had heeded the warning and I'm writing this to warn others who might be interested in this affiliate program.

        I'm VERY happy to report that today I received my payment, in full, from Babylon!

    Yeah i have also noticed this thing that they respond very late but atlast they will pay you. I have also 6 months earnings pending and just praying to get it.
