$100/day from multiple campaigns plan?

Ok, so for you making guys $100/day -- do you make it from one single campaign or multiple campaigns that paid only $1 (like 10 campaigns running making $10 a day each)?

The plan is to select 10 to 20 zip/email CPA campaigns...and run variations of them on banner networks (or PPV). On banner networks (Myads, Abrite, FB, POF, etc), I plan to test 10 different campaigns with 10 variations in the ad (images, headline, text, etc) -- so I'll have 100 campaigns total.

After a week or so, I'll see which of the top 20 has the best CTR. I then select the top 20 campaigns, optimize it, and eliminate the rest. Then I'll optimize the top 20 and test different variations to see which has the best CTR.

Finally, I then select the top 10 which are doing well.

I might have to lose about $100 just to tests and track these campaigns, but hopefully, I can make a steady profit afterward within a few weeks.

Assuming I spend $10/day budget a single campaign that's making me $20 ($1 zip/email submit offers), that would be a $10 profit. Now, with 10 of them, that's $100/day.

What do you think about this plan?

You would be doing much more WORK with zip submits then say short forms. Zip submits are around $1-2 and short forms range from $5-$20+

Both are free to the user but one is much better for your hip pocket when you get the right formula down.

I'll let you decide what is best

Are you planning to send traffic directly to the offers without any type of landing page? If so, I suggest you to not use FB, PoF, Google, etc... First, some PPC platforms don't allow people to send traffic directly to email/zip submits. Second, I doubt it would convert.

I don't know about PPV, since I have never used it.

Ya, make sure you are always using a landing page. I have seen affiliates in our network increase their conversions from 1-2% to 6-10% just from using landing pages.

Spot on mate - And split test your landing pages like a champion, but I think most important - keep the flow going! It needs to feel/look even smell , like the campaign you are trying to advertise.

Your methodology is a a great one if you have a budget and I do it sometimes as well. Instead of spending a lot of time on a few campaigns, when doing initial testing, you literally set out 100 (20, 50, whatever you want) seeds or different campaigns within similar constraints. Then see which seeds sprout...maybe take the top 10% and work with those to optimize and try to turn them into winners.

This process generally is quite expenses in the testing phase, but its an expedited testing process.

Let us know how you do buddy!
