As said in the title is it possible to promote cpa offers in yahoo answers?

Sure can, if you are a little creative about it. Level 2 is where you need to be to pull it off. It allows you to have live links in your answers. It'll take you two days to reach that level, so get moving.

Be very careful with this, yahoo and ban you quickly if you appear to be spamming.

Also be weary of the answers and offers you promote and consider your visitor. Pick wisely as many of the offers people frankly just won't do when they're looking for answers, sometimes they don't want a netflix trial or a teeth whitening guide. But if they're asking about car insurance or something, those may be within reach.

Yes you can but cpa networks dont accept yahoo answers traffic, it is considered spamming.

It's possible, but this is not a long-term business.

First, Yahoo! may ban your accounts because you're spamming their site. Second, CPA networks may not like your traffic because you're spamming Yahoo! Answers. In short, you're spamming, and this is not a good practice.

Yahoo! Answers can be an alternative to make some quick bucks, you need to have another plan to build a real business around CPA.

I agree 100% with what William said. I had a level 2 account before that got banned for posting links. The worst part was I was actually provide lengthy answers too and then putting my site in the source box. To me its not worth the time that it takes to actually go on and answer all the questions u'll need to level up. Of course there are ways around that . You can try it tho. Maybe you'll get some good results from it. Let us know if you do!

  Yahoo Answers is better for promoting ClickBank e-books or building a list. The majority of users there are teenagers, so CPA traffic isn't going to back out, IMO. Plus, like everyone said, Yahoo won't like it either!

  I definitely agree. It's not very targeted, and it's hard just to get a "trickle" of traffic from it. It's pretty comparable to Twitter nowadays.

  yahoo answers is good way to go and honestly I've made myself several bucks there promoting CPA-offers! so YES, it's possible!!!!
  
  But you have to put in a huge amount of effort and to keep track! You should not go for just 1 or 3 accounts. Manage 20 and try to answer at least 50 times a day(will keep you after some time not more than 1 1/2 hour) and you'll see results soon. Try not to look spammy because then you'll get surely very quicker banned, but with 20 or more accounts, what does a few of them matters :p (don't need lvl2 or higher)
  
  It's a great way to get traffic, keep in mind to use your keyword several times in your answer OR question , got it!
  
  Also think about outsourcing this to your friends, cause that can do almost everyone for you...
