You wont get ads approved normally. I've been advertising pretty heavily on facebook for a few months now and I still get ads disapproved on a daily basis. Even when these ads aren't really breaking any guidelines. I feel like they just enjoy disapproving campaigns randomly. Additionally, sometimes they're so incredibly slow to approve ads, it's horrible. But I will say, when my campaigns are up and running properly, I've had some pretty good success with FB ads, so I deal with the nuisance of working with them.

They do certainly ruin the opportunity to advertise many CPA offers, but you just simply have to find the types of offers that they will accept. I highly recommend any short form submits (3-5 fields). They convert very well with FB ads, as long as you have some good quality ad text and such.

You will always have ads disapproved. Everyday. However, some ads will pass. Just try different ad copies and, mainly, different landing pages.

I haven't been using FB a lot, but I do run some small campaigns with them eventually and it always requires patience and persistence. :/

I dont know whats going on with facebook lately, but ive been running a specific ad for a few months now, got over 1mil. impressions. Ive been running it in the US only, but a couple of weeks ago i decided to open it up to a couple of other countries, and it got disapproved twice!!

I didnt change anything about the ad itself just added some other countries!! So i changed one word in the add, and it got approved although it took them almost 2wks to appove it, when it usually takes them a couple of hrs. And im not running a CPA offer either just a basic beauty product.

Something is going on with them, there becoming more and more stricted which seems like for no reason.

It happens a lot on FB and, sometimes, on PoF. So if you have a winning ad don't touch it!

They are incredibly inconsistent, and will arbitrarily approve some ads while rejecting others. I've also had the experience where I change an attribute not related to the text or image, and bam, it goes from approved to rejected.

The message they're sending is: "Our rules are interpreted however we like and whenever we like, and so just keep submitting ads until you're lucky enough to get it approved."

There is a problem if MANY of us have the experience of the same ad being approved and then later rejected.

I barely use Facebook Ads simply because I prefer not to work with such a confused and inconsistent approval team. It creates more work for them and us.

Yeah Facebook can be a handful - It as if they do this on purpose. Your best bet is to establish a contact, this said if you are serious about pushing big numbers, with in facebook advertising.

Other than that just keep on trying - Dont worry you are not alone!

    Good Luck

I've been having a hell of a time trying to get ads approved this week. Wasted a whole day targeting and submitting. Not a single add got approved.

I would like to know how people manage to:

    1. Advertise most CPA offers on facebook since their advertising guidelines rule pretty much every niche on earth.

    2. Get ads approved 'normally'

    Thanks!
I submit over 30 ads a day on FB ads and 98% of my ads get approved.!!

[May be I have learnt from my experience about FB Ad policies ]

BTW what type of ads/offers you are trying to promote ?

Usually FB is strict on approving rebills/trial offers, debt relief offers,Home Bizz opps,MLM,adult,email/zip submits(freebies) and any offer/ad copy which does not relate to the landing page[misleading ads]

You can get away with it if you can trick FB by cloaking your link !

You want to change it, set up your own marketing business
that doesn't rely on someone else making up silly rules.

Dealing with FB, Google, Ebay, most online companies to
make money will ALWAYS give you problems in one way
    or the other.

I guess I will never really get why ppl are so persistent to
make something work when what you DO get to work can
be shut down at any time for any reason...it escapes me,
but all I can do is encourage you to keep trying.

Well I'll now join this group of disgruntled Facebook advertisers. I had a great converting ad running, tried to narrow the age group a little, that's all I changed, and BAM, disapproved. These guys are getting worse than the big G!

    Not a happy camper

I had this problem A LOT when I first started advertising with FB.

I dont know whether you are already doing so but I found that more
of my Ad's were approved when I started stating what the user would
have to do to get the offer... for example, "Enter your ZIP" or "enter your
name and email for your chance to win..."

    Hope this helps fella,

That's exactly it! They won't always get approved, but that's why you have to keep submitting over, and over, and over.. LOL
