Was just browsing through Fiverr's gigs and saw a whole bunch of people offering to fill out your CPA offers for $5.

Whitehat or black *h*? I would think BH, but it *technically* could be considered incentivizing (since the gigs get $5)

Idk...what do you think?

Definitely BH. Stay way from it. Even if an offer says incentives are ok, I would not do this.

Even though the offer says incentivized, You are going to have a read hard time finding a network that would allow this. Prizes, gifts, points for some game you set up on a website, etc. are ok but cash incentives are either frowned upon by cpa networks or not allowed.

I suppose you could find a network or merchant that allows it, but seldom.

That's what I thought. It makes sense too, what kind of quality of lead would that be for the advertiser? Not too good.

    It's fraud lead.

I mean, are those people signing up interested in the lead themselves? No, it's a waste on the advertiser part.

I think it would be BH only if you use it with non-incent offers. The problem is that $5 is way too expensive for incent offers, so I don't see how using this type of services could be effective.

    Hi April!

In my personal opinion, you must always consider the spirit of any rule in addition to the words of the rule. Clearly if you are paying somebody to fill out a lead, the lead quality is literally zero. Why should the merchant pay you for a lead thats worth nothing! So, even though you are technically incentivizing, it really doesnt make sense for anybody in the whole value chain except yourself, so its probably not a good business strategy.

The point of incentivization of offers is that the merchant is willing to pay you less per lead because the lead quality is less. The merchant is counting on their backend sales funnel to make up for this loss of quality and it only makes sense for them with the lower payout. But if the lead quality is zero, then they cant make anything on the backend so they shouldnt be willing to pay for the lead and you shouldnt earn from the lead.

So, though it technically may be allowed within the letters of the rule, it still doesnt make sense and its not really a great business strategy to pursue gigs like this.

In fact, if my memory is correct, I believe you were a purchaser of the Money Maker Report where I specifically make it clear these posts on Fiverr aren't a good thing to try!

Yea Fiverr can be a bit over the top at times. Some of the things people will do for $5 blows me away. My favorite was the guy who will take a picture of your picture on the front of his lamborghini for $5. Selling point: you can get girls.
      Ooooook. LOL

Yes, Ken is right about the spirit of a rule. There is always a reason why a rule is formed, sometimes putting more weight on the rule's purpose is the smart thing to do. For all parties involved.

It's not really whitehat or blackhat - it's flat out fraud.

I don't run incent offers so I'm not sure of those rules - but you could check into that but the quality is going to be so low you'll likely get optimized off the offer.

I stray away from fiverr ive only had bad experiences, for your question the lead is worthless...its incentive but worthless at the same time for the advertiser.

This would be OK for incentive offers. For all other offers NO!

It's pretty much the same thing as getting 100 of your friends to fill out an email submit for you. It will get you the leads, but you'll just end up getting scrubbed because none of them will convert. Either that or the merchant will request you be dropped from promoting that offer.

$5 to fill out a form? LOL People will do ANYTHING for money these days..

Tell me about it. You should see some of the crazy stuff that Fiverr has.

Then again you have to realize that many sellers are in different countries where the exchange rate favors a much higher purchasing power for that measily $5.

Then think that people in other countries via outsourcing are willing to work for $2 an hour or $500 full time for the month
