Using creatives from another CPA network?

Let's say this network doesn't have a creative, but another network does. Or, this network has a boring creative. Can I use creatives from another CPA network?

    That is not advised. Most networks' promotional materials are copyright to that specific network. Unless you receive explicit permission from that network (not likely), then you may potentially receive a C&D or other legal action.

    My best recommendation is to send an example of the creative you like from a particular network to the network you'd like to run the offer through and ask them if they can create/obtain a similar creative.

    if they are of same company u can .... but host banner image on your own server

    Yes, I would imagine there is probably some copyright of the creatives on any network and even if there isn't its probably frowned upon. Chances are the other network has similar creatives.

    If anything, I would run by both AMs to be safe but keep in mind that unless you have a good relationship with the AM/network you are using the creative from, you probably wont get an okay!

    I'd never use any of their creatives anyway, they don't work.

    Create your own.

      I agree. The vast majority of the creatives supplied by the networks are crap. Create your owns using Photoshop, GIMP (free) or even Paint, but avoid using the ones supplied by the network.

    yikes.. that sounds like a bad idea. I'd go with what Jon said and send it over and have them create one.. as long as they have a creatives team. I've never made my own like Jeffrey said to do, although that'd probably be better.

    Your better off just designing your own or paying someone to do this..
