There are free places to create websites or landing pages all across the net. Any one who was really interested in marketing can get there start for free in countless ways.

Since you don't know good english and you can't afford to outsource then article marketing is probably out of the question.
If I were you I'd go for aggressive Youtube marketing (a lot of videos - daily action). You could also set up a few free blogs and start adding content and backlinking them though it will take time to see any progress. Good luck.

Facebook spamming? Do you think spamming is a legal method for CPA networks like CPALead (which i think you used it because of content unlocker). I don't think so, that's why Paypal locked your account?

No, Paypal will lock your account after 1,000 usd worth of transactions per month if you do not provide a bank account. Regardless of how long you have been in good standings and the amount of money that has gone through them. No verifiable bank account means 1k limit

Although not the most honest of people some very successful IM ers don't speak or write very well, the just figured out how to incorporate it with there sales tactics. IE "I came to this country broke and not understanding a word of English, now I am RICH look at me" anything is possible if you try hard enough

First, spamming is illegal, so forget about it.

Second, I don't think that article marketing would be good for you, because you are not a native english speaker. I used article marketing in the past, but I always outsourced my articles with a good writer. If you don't have money to buy a domain I assume that you can't pay a writer either.

So what to do? Make a budget. It's doesn't need to be thousands of dollars, but just enough for you to buy hosting and domain and outsource some content. Maybe $250 or $300. Then you can work with SEO and do the keyword research and backlinking by yourself.

You can try to make/save some money offline or work as a freelancer, but find a way to make a small budget. It's waste of time keep trying to make some bucks spamming FB. :/

  You probably won't get any of that money from paypal either bro, I didn't realize you were really spamming. I thought maybe you were using the term loosely. But if facebook closed ur account to you can almost bet PayPal froze your account for the spam and you won't ever see a dollar!
  
  What I can Suggest is look around or ask for a guide to "learn how" to market before you waste any more time and effort. I promise you there is no get rich over night without doing anything button. Otherwise I would push it twice a day..........

Paypal would honestly have no way to know he was spamming unless the CPA network told him... which they wouldn't because it would be pointless. Paypal freezes accounts on the daily especially someone whos from a foreign country, no bank account and recieved 1k USD. Lesson learned OP, never trust paypal.

typoo999 hey bro, YouTube is one of the most handsome source of incoming. S Most Important thing is its free method... No Need to Investment Money to advertise over youtube. So, Just Pick an Offer. create some videos related to your offer. Go ahead, start with tinny steps and scale it later on. use keyword tool to search appropriate and high searched keyword. you will have money in your CPA account in no time!

PS: Do not Spam. Be real and Provide some thing valuable and informative.
