Will doing a domain redirect hid where your traffic originally came from? Like if I posted an ad on ad on a classifieds site and do a domain redirect will the net work me able to see that the traffic originated from a classifieds site.

Mostly likely if they have any brains (which they probably do), they can figure out your traffic source if you're just doing a simple redirect through your own domain. If you're overly concerned, you'll want to blank the referrer. Tracking 202 can do that for you, or consult Google on how to do it yourself.

That won't work to hide your traffic. You're getting into the "double meta refresh" area of hiding referrer traffic. I think that's a little too BH to talk about here ;-)

If you look up that term I mentioned ppc-coach has a good tutorial.

You can use a tracking software like Prosper202 or simply HTML redirect (it's simple, just make a quick research on Google).

A domain redirect will not hide your traffic, it just masks or cloaks your affiliate link. Like that other guy said, you'll have to do a Double Meta Refresh.
