Will the CPA tracking works if I use my own Custom Banners?

I want to be able to use my own custom banners instead of the CPA N/Ws banners which they gave as their size did not match with what I want to use it in my sidebar.So I have a question like is it possible for me to use my own Custom Banners and if I do so will my links work and gets tracking and reports payment?

Sure it will, just make sure you use the tracking link provided by your CPA network and you can pretty much attach it to whatever you like (as long as they allow that traffic source of course)

  Oh is it.I am seeing 2 different links when I select Text link tracking code and banner tracking code.Ie when I select a banner from the CPA networks creatives I see a different tracking code than the one which is shown when I select simple Text Link tracking Code.
  So in this case when I want to use my own custom banners instead of the offers creatives which one among these two should I use?

ChrisBa,

Are you saying that the default banners are "too obvious" and thus using your own flashy thingy would work better? I thought most companies did not let you do that... Is that not true then?
