CPA Offer disallows Incentive but ...

Just curious,

if the cpa offer doesn't allow incentives marketing but if i create a page with an opt-in and get people to sign up the mailing list, then i email them to my page where they will get a free ebook, some contest thing before they take actions on my offer, or even get them to refer friends to my page ...

and what if that cpa offer itself also allow email marketing ...

is this consider illegal and broken any rules with the cpa network? i believe they are smart enough to track this right?

just wonder!

another question, if i use viral script to get people to refer friends to take actions on my cpa offer .. is that consider email marketing traffic OR social network traffic or ???

any tips?

    You will be incentivizing when you ask people to complete the offer to receive a gift. If they can get the gift without the offer (the offer is 100% optional) I think that you won't have problems.

    If I'm understanding correctly this will just be e-mail marketing, you are only using an incentive to get them to sign up to your list

      actually i will give them a freebie to sign up in my optin .. but later when i send them email on the cpa offer ... if he/she submit his/her email and also recommend 10 friends to the same cpa offer, get a chance to win some gadgets .. guess this is not legit right?

    Contact your account manager to make sure that it's allowed, that's the best choice. Certain offers allow more than others.

      Yep run it over with your AM.

      Your best bet is to use the incentive on the front end initial opt-in as you suggested and then do regular email marketing on the backend. You can implement other incentives into your email marketing campaign but I wouldnt combine that same campaign with a CPA offer or it will be incentive.

      What I mean is this.


      -Use incentive to get people to opt in.
      -Once on your list, you can send out emails with other incentives to refer friends to join your list.
      -You can also send out email promotions to your list for the CPA offer as standalone emails.
      -BUT dont combine the both and give people an incentive to fill out your cpa offer.
