Transition to adCenter compulsary?

Is it compulsory for Yahoo's Search Marketing advertisers to transition to Microsoft adCenter?

adcenter doesn't supports Paypal for my country hence I would like to continue using yahoo's search marketing. But if it is compulsory then unfortunately I will also have to dump yahoo from using it for ppc marketing because I only have paypal as the payment method at the moment.
