Which Whitehat CPA techniques DO work?

Ok guys....Let's cut to the chase and be honest for 2 seconds. The CPA world is completely dominated by BlackHat techniques and I wont elaborate on that...being myself coached by a well-known CPA guru. (wink, wink)

The question is: Does anyone actually use WhiteHat Cpa and what techniques are you using?

Are you going down the path of blog creation then article writing to generate traffic along with social networking sites or are you taking a different approach?

Come on guys let's have a Whitehat discussion here. Would be interested to see the number of responses I get...lol

I want to know which WhiteHat CPA techniques are the most profitable ones.

Most of the biggest CPA marketers I know started out with some blackhat methods and have since rolled over into large-scale whitehat systems to help sustain and diversify.
Thanks Luke, was just wondering what was the percentage of Whitehat/Blackhat for big marketers. 20%/80%? 40%/60%? 10%/90%?

That's good info to know. So BlackHat can be used for quick money, then transfer over to whitehat for long-term use.

Get a Google Adwords account, drive traffic to a landing page that links to the offer and track your conversions so you can see your actual ROI. That seems to be the most popular but probably the most obvious.

WhiteHat tactics like article marketing and building Squidoo lenses can still bring in the dough if you do it well. Building a blog centered around your niche, writing consistently and gradually building backlinks is the ultimate WhiteHat tactic, and will likely earn you the greatest revenue over the long haul.

I had a website set up on schools, wrote and did link-building, and ended up making an average of less than one penny per day. It's more difficult than you would think to make money off of adsense, crazy claims to the contrary notwithstanding.

Why? Because I spent 4 months testing a method that is now making me $500 per day and you just expect me to say, "Hey, here you go!"

Put in your time and if you really want it bad enough, you'll figure it out.

Don't want to sound like a dream killer, seriously!

But if you don't have 2-5k to spend on adwords than i'd stay away.

Yes that is generalizing to the fullest extent. But you can easily make much more consistent income doing other things and not have the overhead and unpredictability of adwords.

For the record too many people think that everyone and their brother is doing black..hat techniques.

Would we still have growing CPA networks and new CPA offers everyday if we were all out there doing all this black.h.at shit?

Of course not, the CPA companies would simply get rid of all their offers if all their leads were crap.

Honestbizpro just let you in on a BIG secret.

Guys are out there making 6 figures a day with facebook applications, just normal guys and gals that pay maybe a few grand to have one made.

Everyone starts to drool when they learn that Amish makes around 100,000 a day. But there's loads more people doing a lot less work and making quite a bit more.

Hint: they have more than just 1 or 2 facebook apps.

Hint: They also go into iPhone aps and easily make 10k+ per day for a good period of time. (Read about iFart from Joel Comm)

But back to the OP. Creativity is the only thing that will separate you from doing alright online to make 6 figures a month, seriously.

Everyone can make a blog and do well. But not everyone can have a list pissing them selves waiting to get your next e-mails about the new 'ultimate **** secret', catch my drift?

Finally here's something that will make you at least 3 times more than you normally would when promoting any CPA offer.

Ask your AM for promotion codes, these are special discounts that -when entered- will save the purchased a certain amount.

Everyone loves a deal, and even if they don't want a certain product that much if they have a limited time coupon then they'll buy it. Right ladies?

Anyway no matter what you do bla.ckhat or whitehat it requires work,

    Zach

Any tips on building a list of consumers interested in health products? I've read plenty about building a list of marketers looking for tips to make money, but not CPA health products, etc... Having a hard time figuring that one out

Assuming you don't have thousands to spend on PPV or PPC etc

I would say...and this is just my humble opinion.

But create a big blog, say your targeting the niche 'colon cleansing' than have a big blog, see John Taylors Blog Traffic 2.0, around the whole niche of colon cleansing. Targeting a pretty competitive but high traffic keyword.

(Downlaod SEOQuake and make sure there's not too many pages with PR 4+ and 1000+ links.)

(Every article you write should also target keywords with less competition.)

Than build backlinks, write articles etc. No one said it would be easy!

The key is to not get the most traffic, although that's your long tern goal, but to get your blog built into a list building machine.

On your blog you should have the following:
        http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...g-machine.html

Also get the thing on the bottom like what Jason has over at Jason Moffatt (Can't think of the name of it off the top of my head, will have to go check my inbox)

So with those two you can have a high converting blog!

But here's another tactic, instead of having all your banners for the CPA offer. Have them for your squeeze page. (Trust me)

This is how your opt-in process, for the squeeze page, should go:
Go to squeeze page>>Opt-in>>instantly see's CPA offer>>Aweber confirmation code sent to e-mail.

Clearly you will have less eye balls on the offer due to people having to opt-in. But believe me a higher percentage will buy once they've opted in, and you can send them offers whenever you need a little cash.

So here's what I think you should have:

        Learning about your blog:

        http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ets-2-0-a.html

        Backlink building:

        http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...g-up-soon.html

        Opt-in form:

        http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...g-machine.html

        That little bar thingy:

Can't remember the name but check out Carlocab.com or Jason's blog to see it.

        Hmm...and that's about it.

It takes a lot of hard work, at first. But it only get's easier.

Imagine getting 100+ opt-ins a day on autopilot. It's really not hard at all.

(The rule of thumb is for every opt-in it's 1 dollar every month, of course it's different depends how well you convince people to buy your stuff )

I think that's about it, and again this is my own opinion. And tons of people might disagree. Which is fine.

        Zach

P.S- I'm in no way affiliated with any of the people I talked about or gave links too. They deserve every penny they earn for giving such great, low cost, products to Warriors.

P.P.S- It's past mid-night here, and I know I rambled and repeated myself a lot.

Personally, it sucks. And i've lost a lot of money as a result of getting my campaigns slapped.

I'm moving out of Adwords, keeping a few campaigns that are still chugging. But Adwords is really starting to become unprediactible and I hate that, PPV and other sources of paid traffic can be much, much more profitable as well.

People get sucked in to adwords purely because of how convenient and seemingly easy it is.

Have heard that, e-mailed them when I first bought. (months ago)

They said that they used to have it coded in some format but they changed it and now it doesn't have any real effect on Google.

      Haha, thanks.

      I don't personally deal with email/zip sumbits.

But it'd be the same concept, build a blog around say "free ipods" if the comp isn't too bad and if there is lots of traffic.

Than build a list and really hammer the offer, building a realtionship is key is most niches but no one is gonna really be waiting on the edge of their seat to fill out another email sumbit.

      It's your call though...

Or you could skip the list and just have links and banners to the offer page on your blog. (Might be easier and better.)

The thing is a lot of my 30-40 dollar payout offers are converting at upwards to 20%. Why bother getting a 40-50% converting email sumbit that pays $1.50?

      Doesn't make sense, right?

But than again the competeion is easy pickin's for the e-mail sumbit niches. And for the higher payouts it's bananas!

So it might be worth a shot...

      Zach

P.S- You can also get really low click costs for PPC and PPV for these email sumbit niches.

A cool one I like, but am not doing, is the Best Buy gift card.

If the offer allows simply have a google ad running for the keyword "best buy" and other realated ones.

Tons of searches per month and you can probably get 10 cents clicks and if it converts at 25-40% and pays out $1.50.

Well you can do the math
