Can someone tell me exactly how i can "social bookmark"? I know what a bookmark is but im not catching this one..If someone could tell me in bullet style instruction i would really appreciate it...

Social Bookmark your site means to send it to sites like Digg, Delicious, Mr Wong, StumbleUpon among others

  Try the fbConnect "Like" functionality from Facebook. Generates a ton of traffic.

social bookmark is actually used to bookmark all your favorite sites... affiliates pretty much use it to get some links back to the site... so I would mix up site links of my offers with other bookmarks & submit to all popular bookmarking sites to get my site indexed quickly & also get some backlinks... & ofcourse some traffic.
