    Why dont you do this yourself? Seems like you got banned already for doing shady stuff. If anyone else got an account activated for you, then he would be held accountable and not you.

    So why dont you do it yourself? Being capable of speaking good English doesnt seem to be an issue for a network anyway if you are professional.

    It's fraud, it's illegal.

    Your english doens't need to be great in order to get approved by CPA networks. Just explain that you're not a native english speaker and you will have no problems.

    I think this is fraud, but if it's not, you should apply yourself. You don't know how many people I've had call me that I could hardly understand, but I commended them for having the balls enough to call. I respect that. Doesn't mean I'll approve you if you're a fraud :p
