High paying offers via PPC

There is an offer for MegaCasino which has a $73.75 payout. How difficult generally are these type of offers to convert via PPC?

If you used PPC to promote this offer and the average CPC is $0.20 then it would cost $40 for 200 clicks but if you got a conversion out of those 200 clicks then you would have earned $33.75

Im assuming these must be damned hard to convert but is 200 clicks a realistic amount to get a conversion by.

It depends. With CPA offers, the payout is usually an indication of the ease of conversion. Hence e-mail/zip submits being $1.30-2.50 and cc submits/sale conversions being much higher. I'm not seeing a lot of details but the conversion type does say lead...there must be a lot of hoops to jump through, but maybe not.

Also keep in mind, many PPC engines (i.e. Adwords and AdCenter for example)don't allow advertising of gambling/casion sites, so that is something to think about too.

That being said, it's hard to say without testing. For this type of offer I'd budget twice the payout amount or so to at least test if you feel you have some good ideas to promote it.
