syndik8ed has the best gateway i've ever used. CR is at least 20-25% higher than other networks. In case you get accepted of course.

Try the $50 form submit offers (no credit card). Thats what I do. Insurance, debt management, travel. Get yourself hooked up with private networks ... you get some crazy good products to promote with even better payouts.

the best bet is to research all of the incent offers in all of your network accounts. sometimes you are able to contact your AM and ask for access to some private incent offers within their network.
