Do you know some CPA networks that allow offline leads generation?

    Hi wwood,

It does not have to be a CPA network that allows offline leads generation. You can advertise offline with a link to a website/url with the CPA offer on there. That way you combine both and don't have to worry about a CPA network approving it. They don;t know where the traffic comes from right..?

Do you need a professional blog like this one with SEO plugins, autoresponder ready, favicons, facebook likes, popover, social sharing buttons and PLR articles?
      PM me for details!

Wouldn't an offline lead look just like a online lead?

Or are you referring to the "referrer" that it provides and the networks will probably track?

Most CPA networks or any network for that matter won't care where the leads come from as long as you don't do anything to break their TOS.

I think that it's more about the offer/advertiser, not the network. You can use offline methods with any networks as long as it's allowed by the advertiser.

When in doubt, contact your affiliate manager and he/she will tell you if your methods are ok for the offers that you're looking to promote.

From what my affiliate manager has told me, offline lead gen can be sketchy in some areas because all of the traffic can appear to be coming from very similar IP addresses, which encroaches on fraud territory. Your leads can be 100% legit but an advertiser can suspect you of padding your stats under the guise of offline lead-gen. "They're all local sign-ups, I promise!" But its possible that you could be hitting every wifi hotspot in town and creating fake leads.

So like William said, run it by your affiliate manager to be sure. Just don't be surprised if your leads are scrubbed in a big way.
