How to promote incentive offer?

Hi,everyone,recently I was proved by a incentive offer,it is very easy just download and install a plungin for 1 dollar per lead. but I really don't know how to start,anyone can give some advice or method on quick traffic?

I have consider using adword,but it has high risk because 1 dollar per lead is not a high comission,and building a seo-based site is also not a good idea because it need to much time to make effect.so anyone could give some advise on promoting incentive offer?especially for easy download type?

    You mentioned PPC and SEO, the next option is probably to use Social Media, i.e. Twitter and A Facebook Fan Page to drive traffic.

    you could try video/article marketing
    target the younger demographic as they tend worry less when installing stuff on their computers

    I prefer trying media buying,but is there any good platforms which provide low-cost and high quality traffic?

      try project wonderful, extremely cheap banner advertising with tracking and rediculous targeting, geo to time of day, and niche, some of the sites in there get over 100k unique visitors and up to x3ish times page views for very little adspend. target your offers descently and you can easily make a killing there.

    Have you considered traffic exchange site's?

    The traffic quality obviously isn't that good but at least it's free and i have heard people have had success using them. The most effective way might be setting up an squeeze page with an appealing offer then having an opt in box then you can send the offers via email.
