To CPA Network AMs .... Anyone Really.

Hey,
I am trying to get into bulk mailing and I need a list to mail. I hear that some CPA networks offer mailing lists to affiliates so that the affiliate can promote the network's offers. If anyone can tell me if this is true or not that would be great.

    yes, imagine how long it would take to establish a list - for now just try mailing random addresses lol, haha jk. building your own list will give you a sense of how hard it is to get quality leads.
