Seeking Content Lock for INTERNATIONAL OFFERS

Hi,

Does anyone know of any CPA Network which offers Content Locking for International Visitors?

3 web sites holding the Content to be locked are in English and 1 web site is in a native language. Ready traffic and will provide Server Log Files as proof.

Please exclude the following:
1. ADSCEND MEDIA ( was rejected twice and now appealing for the last time )
2. CPA Lead ( contemplating )
3. LeadBolt ( i'm already in for US traffic only)
4. Blamads ( i'm already in for US traffic only)

Hope someone can advice and help.

    Hey, this doesnt answer your question, but I'm curious why you can't use the other networks that focus on content locking for non-US traffic as well? Have you spoken to your AMs at those networks?

      Hi,

      In LeadBolt, I can't control what is being offered to my visitors. Also lots of my international visitors are locked out. Only US traffic converted.

      For Blamads, there are no suitable offers. Mostly are for US traffic.
