Adsense for YouTube, should I subscribe ?

Hello Warriors,

Happy new year to you, it's my 1st post for 2011 and I need your advices about a specific question.

When whatching videos on youtube, I always see that some adsense is displayed. I would like to know if it's a good idea to apply for that and how to process because I took a look this morning, tried to upload a video and anywhere, I don't see how to add ads.

If you always experience it, your help is welcome.

Take care !

you can go to the homepage at the bottom there is a link that Says PARTNERSHIP, this is how you apply to get the Ads on your videos. This is the only way. Make sure you have an adsene account sounds like you do… You need to have subscribers and enough video views. Or sometimes they offering you to be partner.

I just joined the program, but I know the only reason they accepted me is because I have like 13 videos and thousands of views, subscribers and comments, so you can build up to that, I was thinking about buying alex goad dominating video software , but it just really expensive right now ($497) although it could be a good investment.
I wouldn;t count on it to bring you massive amounts of money though, maybe a few dollars a week

Once your videos reach a certain views level, you will receive an email/notification from YouTube inviting you to APPLY to join the Partnership Program, not it wouldn't be for your entire account but just for certain videos that are able to have ads running over/around them.

When you apply, you'll have to answer some questions about the copyright in your video(s). If you do not have copyrights to everything in your video (i.e. the music, the words, the people, the slides, whatever), your video will not be accepted.

Once your video is accepted then you'll see ads running, where you get paid on a CPM and clicks basis.

Thanks for the info. It seems strange that you can create a blog that has had zero hits and add Adsense Ads to it yet your videos have to be popular prior to having ads. Oh well!

Still makes more sense to me to use the videos to drive traffic to CPA offers, not settle for adsense.
