buying traffic for CPA offers?

Hey guys, I was wondering if it's OK to buy traffic for CPA offers and if anyone does this? How well does it convert?

Are CPA companies ok with this kind of traffic? I'm talking about buying bulk traffic (like 10k-100k) and sending directly to a CPA offer.

If anyone could give me some insight I'd appreciate it I don't wanna get in trouble. Thanks.

    Of course yes, you can buy traffic (but not incentive) to CPA offers.

    I personally use face book to get ton of traffic to different CPA offers in about 10 different networks.

    I have to say that it convert well IF it is used with a certain way.

    Many CPA marketers try to use facebook, but they loose ton of money. So be careful!

    You can also use PPC traffic, article traffic, video traffic, social sites traffic (if it is allowable by the advertiser), SEO traffic, and many other ways.

    I tried most of them.

    But these days facebook is the best one with the way I'm using it.

    As I always advise CPA beginners, DO NOT pay all your money once. Just start slowly and test and test and test. When you find a profitable one fire all of your engines.

      Would you explain me about facebook method to generate a ton traffic..

      Is it mean.. just pay someone that have a lot of friends then ask them to send email that has my link to their friend? or what?

        In facebook, you can get paid traffic and free traffic.

        The most known ways to get traffic from facebook are:

        Paid traffic: you pay facebook to show your ads in their pages.
        Free traffic: through your fan pages.

        Of course you can control everything in facebook like countries, demographics, ....

        The important step here is to use this traffic to build your list first. Here is the money!

        Build your list and send them CPA offers regularly, and see the results.

        BTW, don't promote CPS products through facebook. People go to facebook just to find friends and spend some time, not to buy something.

        So, just offer them free trial offers, not products to buy.

    hey Hilal, thanks for your reply i've already started experimenting with FB ads and I am still trying to figure out what offers work well.

    I think I should have rephrased my question... what I meant to ask was buying bulk traffic. There are people that sell real visitors to visit your website in bulk like 10,000. Is this traffic acceptable by the CPA company? Does it even convert well? Thanks.

    Yup I've tried this bulk traffic also, wasted 20$ for like thousands of US traffic but no conversion, don't waste your time.

    I personally do not recommend buying direct traffic. Spend some $4 for 30 blog comments or forum postings at microworkers.com and you'll see gradual progress.

    Buying heavy traffic will of course generate sales but it will not make regular customers for your offer. If your traffic is directed to a landing page where you can have your own unique content about the product or service you offer then you have the chances of revenue from returning customers too.

    lots of people, I have come to know, use to buy traffic for CPA. I think if it is not good then they would not buy them. So my answer is positive to that.

    Don't buy crap traffic and send it to an offer, you'll get kicked off the offer at the network as networks do have to pay overages. So if you buy 10,000,000 chinese clicks and send it to a US offer, the network isn't going to like it.

      Yeah I totally agree that they wouldn't want random clicks.

      I could specifically choose "US" or "UK" traffic and people have confirmed that your Analytics account shows real visitors... just not sure if it's ok with MaxBounty and the CPA offer guys

      I guess finding something more permanent is better. Also, how does posting on blog comments work?

      Do you post the affiliate URL directly in the comment and hope someone clicks it? Thanks!

        Do not buy "bulk" traffic. None of it is ever targetted it to the offer you are sending it to, 90% of it comes out of India/China, and none of it converts. You will be throwing your money away. You won't have your account suspended or cancelled, but we might ask you to stop buying from that source if the conversion is abysmal. But I'd strongly suggest you don't waste your money.

        While on the topic, I'd also suggest you stay away from "guaranteed lead services". These sites promise they'll deliver targetted leads to your campaigns. Without fail, all they really deliver are fake leads that get you in trouble with the network.

        Bulk traffic and guaranteed lead services are nothing but scams setup to prey on inexperienced affiliates.

    Affiliate Networks are doing business and they always want to send true highly converted traffic to advertisers. If any publisher is buying the traffic and trying to convert it unethically..then networks will terminate the publisher from the network...so be careful..

      Networks prefer paid traffic in my experience. Pay per click has a way of depleting funds if you're not dialed so I recommend facebook fanpage marketing. This has been written about in the forum quite a bit. Just search and read.

      Facebook and CPA are a match made in heaven in my opinion. Try it, you might like it!

        Yes, from my experience, facebook is the best source of traffic for CPA offers.

        But if you can use it to build your list first, then forward them to CPA offers, you'll be the winner!

        This way, you'll promote to them more and more CPA offers later, at that time it will be free traffic. Which means 100% pure profit!

          Hi mjMONEY

          The best way is to have your list in an autoresponder like Aweber, or others.

          Now you should know what your list are interested in. This will increase your conversion. For example, if they are interested in make money online, ONLY offer them CPA programs that are related to home based business and making money online.

          What if you don't know what they are interested in? Just offer them ONLY FREE TRIAL products in a certain niche, and see the conversion. If you get good conversion, this will be good news. Go on and offer them more CPA offers in this same niche, using your autoresponder service.

          If you don't get a good conversion, offer them another CPA offer in another different niche, and so on, until you get the best conversion rate.

          You may test their interest by offering them a report, or something free in a niche without sign up, and use the autoresponder tracking to tell you the results. (Hint: Good open rates for emails should be >= 6%).

    I purchased about 100 dollars worth of mobile traffic for few of my own offers and didn't have much luck. Afterwards, I was told it is best to use mobile CPA offers with mobile traffic. That made perfect sense to me but I didn't go back and try again.
