Welcome! I'm new to WF myself, although I've stopped here over the last couple of years to learn some new things, I finally decided to join in. I've had some good success with cpa offers, so that is definitely a good area to be knowledgeable in. Look forward to your posts.

I was in the same position a couple months ago. Been a full time IM for a few years but had just joined the forum and started getting into CPA.

It's strange for me to hear that you've been doing AM for 3 years yet you are not a member of this forum for at least a year.. Am I missing something? Anyway, welcome

  As an overview (very brief) CPA is Cost per Action and generally pays pretty well once you get good at it.
  
  For an example, getting someone to sign up to an online casino or dating site would be an action... and you get paid for each person who you convince to take that action.
  
  Affiliate Networks are the best sources of CPA offers and you can choose a market you are comfortable with. Getting accepted to the network can be tricky but certainly do-able.
  
  The methods are too broad for this post but look around, there are some great threads about this.
