If you're getting the traffic and seeing no conversions, I would suggest testing out different offers.

Is the offer you're currently promoting in any way related to the videos? Make sure to test out the offer yourself first, see where it converts. Some email submits don't convert until a backend offer has been completed.

Try to find one or two page conversions for zip/email submits - where you are either paid upon a visitor entering their zip/email or after filling out their information on the second page.

Test test test test!

Many accounts get banned because you are simply downloading existing videos and re uploading them. This used to work great but now they are starting to flag accounts for it.

Copyright is not the issue, in a way it's kinda like duplicate content, they see it as spammy.

Try downloading from a different source other than youtube.

Are you using an annotation which points to the description box telling the viewer about the offer?

You say the video's aren't copyrighted but isn't every video copyrighted? Youtube tell you about copyrighted video's but i think that is only if their system identifies copyrighted content.

forget ripping videos and uploading them again ! the right way to do this is

#1 email your CPA that you are promoting and ask them if you can use some of the images ( they will say yes ) as long as you are one of their affiliates .

#2 take about 4 images and make a simple slideshow with text try to use your own words

#3 dont worry about music just use youtube music selection

#4 Upload and make sure you put your ulr in the description

no sweat

thanks about your advices...actually,im not in a country that english is the 1st language,so my english is so bad,thats why im not make video with voice....

i have tried to make a video with that technique,using animoto,put some images and wording....promote it until it appear on the 1st page google for the keyword i want...1,500 views in 30 days,but no conversion at all...

previously i make a unique video,but it doesnt convert,thats why im trying to download and reupload back the videos that have high views...

- email/zip submit

Also choose offers related to:

- games.
- Free Downloads.
- Entertainment.
- Music
- Videos

Always promote offers which are very related to your videos.
(i.e: A video about a certain game should promote this SAME game free download)

If you have traffic, maybe it's just the wrong combination between offers and videos.
Just because an offer is easy to complete (e.g. email submit) it doesn't mean that your visitors will complete it, maybe it's not the type of thing that they are looking for. Test different offers, contact your affiliate manager and ask for help and you will probably start getting better results soon.

There is always a learning curve, so don't give up, learn, improve and make money instead.

I think this is the most difficult part. i seems cannot find a suitable offer for the video that i make.

this is the situation:

Walmart gift card is the highest converting offer in peerfly. But,when i check using youtube keyword,there is no video related to walmart that has high views...

music video?it is copyright...games?most of the videos also copyright own by the big channel individual that has thousands of subcribers.only farmville gift card offer that related to games in peerfly..

Another example like Free Ipad or Dell laptop....when i search at youtube,the video that has high views related to ipad or dell is the video that own by the individual that already established @ youtube,they have hundreds of videos,subcribers,and when they release the video,in just couple of hours they will hundred thousands of views....they might be talking about their life with iphone,ipad and the laptop as well,not really concentrate about the subject itself....

And I also found videos title "get free dell laptop" or "get free iphone" and guest what? the views only around 50-200 views,i check the date upload,almost 2 years but only get 200 views....

Thats why im making a conclusion....download and reupload back video that has high views, and offer something that already well-known like ;

Walmart
KFC
McDonald
Iphone
Ipad
Adidas
Nike

All these are well-known brand and almost people in the world know about that....

give content and value in videos. Show people you have knowledge but remember to be yourself at the same time.

Maybe shoot some video tutorials if you have a mac.

Are you putting the site first in the description starting http:// ?

Subscribe to other people in your niche, comment on others videos.

Note: this might seem like a dumb thing to post, but it's really not..

Are you links from the video working? have you testing clicking your link on your description to make sure the CPA network is reading the clicks? Also did you post your URL on the first link so that when people view the video that's the first thing they see is the URL in the description? or is it hidden toward the bottom/

Then it's definatly your offer that is the issue!
Focus on relevancy not quantity of videos at this point..

Last month when i started ppv. I had 10,000 views and only made $30.00 when I changed my relevancy, it's now 1 lead per hundreds views maybe more

I thought that downloading and then reuploading someone elses video was stealing? If you are going to go this route would it not be best to add a little uniqueness by maybe adding an image or two somewhere within the video and maybe some different music?

Keyword research does apply to youtube too. You can use youtube;s keyword tool to spy on the competition, check out the keywords etc. Make sure the description is including kw-s and the title, too. Give it another go!

I'd be interested to see some of your videos/content/sales strategy and message.

If you have a clear solution to a market need and problem, you identify the buyer, the problem and tell them why your solution is the best and what it will mean to them if they buy from you, then you have a good chance of making a sale.

Also, your videos have to have some value in the first place.
It's not just about selling - it's about
- connection
- relationship
- trust
- value
- specific problem / solution
- a clear call to action
and much more...

And like a few guys abouve have said TEST TEST TEST!

Plus, I would use YouTUbe to try and get sales - YouTube about offering value, building a relationship and getting them to your site...

That's where the sales and conversions happen...

  Ripping existing videos in youtube then uploading them back is a bad tactic. Plus, it is worst if the videos are not related to your offer.
  
  Why not spend those energy to creating a quick video at animoto. That way you can control what the video is about. Maybe you'll get better results that way.

Someone earlier in the thread mentioned Animoto.com. I hit the thank button but I wanted top make another mention of this program. I just finished a video with them. Gonna do a little testing but the video that I produced was actually 10 times better the the Basic Blue screen things I have been making and receiving hits but few conversions.

Very easy to use if someone is having trouble making movies. Oh Yeah it's free to make videos up to 30 seconds. Long enough to get the point across. The videos are very easy to set up with music.

1.the offer does not related to the offer
2.same videos,other uploaders are doing the same,sometimes 1 video i found around 4-5 times.
3.direct linking -not sure, but previously im using fiverr to advertise at someone facebook wall using direct linking and it works,convert.maybe for video it is not suitable for direct linking.
