Hello,
I'm a member of SparkLeads since I've launched my GPT and I've been working with them since then. First 2-3 payments everything was great, but then at the 4th(it was two weeks ago) my account got suspended, because they said I had some fraud going on with my leads and they need to review, they told me everything will get settled in several days, then the weekend came and they told me that they will fix it before Sunday, after that he stopped replying on AIM and on tickets. I've contacted the guy from Shfitcode and he spoke with the admin on SparkLeads and then he sent me the payment. Now on my 4th payment that I should've received it on 5th February. On the payment day I've received an email that my payment got sent and I've checked my PayPal account and I didn't receive it. I've contacted the admin and he said I should check in few hours and if I still don't have the money by then I should contact him. The next day I contact him and he said he will look over it and will get it resolved, I tried to contact him later, but he wasn't replying. Yesterday he was online on AIM all the day and I tried to contact him, but no reply. Now I've tried again and he got online in like 2-3 mins, after I've contacted him.
What happens to SparkLeads, is anyone having any problems with them aswell?

Today I tried again to contact them and now they said I don't get bi-weekly payments anymore and they blocked me on AIM saying that further inquires will be through email/ticket support.
    Alternatives ?

I personally know the owner of Sparkleads and he communicates fine with our network. He has been working with us for a while now and always replies to emails and what not.

If you want me to contact him and show him this thread let me know, even though you have already received your payment (congrats).

We do cater to GPT publishers, but we will be phasing any shiftcode publishers not brining in quality traffic in the coming months as we transition to a private network. From the past two years I've noticed that only a handful of shiftcode publishers actually take a good stand against fraud in the incentive markets.

I never heard of them but if they owe you a good amount of money try to work something out to settle for. Other then that if its small amount just move on not worth wasting your time over.

It is fare to learn that you had received your initial three payout and stuck with the
4th payout. I think some pre installed filters have been triggered and your account has been flagged for review. If you have earned your money in a legitimate way then you have still room for solving this issue amicably. Just try to contact them through email and I hope you will get your account active.

This is Andrew, owner of SparkLeads. I really wish you would have explained more about your payment issue. As you stated, "On the payment day I've received an email that my payment got sent and I've checked my PayPal account and I didn't receive it." That is true. You were sent it when it was due. However, you didn't receive it into your account, which is true, but whose fault was that? Your PayPal account was unable to receive funds. Why didn't you mention that here? You sent us a different email and we paid you into that account within a week after it was sent to your original account.

I signed up to them to use for Rewards site. It doesn't use the ShiftCode.com thing, how the HELL would I use their offers with my site?! Users just do the surveys for points which can be redeemed for games. I want to move from CPAlead and to Sparkleads because CPAlead has CRAPPY surveys.

Could you rephrase your question? I'm a little confused as to what you are asking.

All right, here's the deal. I made a website intended to use CPAlead. I found out CPAlead has less than 50% of the surveys (when you're a regular user) that Sparkleads has. The website I made let's users register, do surveys and get points for them. Said points can be redeemed for video games, that we send out to them. I want to take full advantage of Sparkleads, but they have little to no tutorials on how to use their postback feature. I've seen sites that were once CPAlead convert over to Sparkleads.
          Some examples:
voucherbounty DOT com - Sign in as Okay - okay. (Sorry for breaking rules, had to give an example)
^This site was ONCE CPAlead but now is Sparkleads. How would I do this?!

I would just say it's best to contact them in order to find out how to use their postback. I know it's not the best advice, but every network uses postback differently.

We also have survey campaigns that allow incent, but with our postback we have some information on how to use it, and even if the information does not help we are always one email away.

I'm not sure what the issue with SparkLeads are as I've never worked with this company. We try to stay close-knit with out relationships and this company has never crossed our path. But, the amount of bs networks that exist, who knows... I'm not one to comment on that or put down SparkLeads in any way. If you received payment, all I can say is that - at least you did. If they wanted to pay you regardless it just seems they were stalling -- poor organization structure. But again, what do I know?

I would say you probably know nothing at all considering your network can't even afford a regular domain name. Not sure why you mentioned there are so many "bs networks" when there's a good chance you are one of them.

      Andrew,
This isn't about who fault was this, it's about the lack of interest in our collaboration. I was asking for help then and you didn't give it.

This got fixed now, it wasn't a problem with their network, it was just something wrong between me and him.
