CPA Banner Ad Question

I should be able to get this answer from my CPA affiliate manager but without going into the long frustrating story, I'm convinced this guy is a complete incompetent!

Here's the question: I am trying to run a CPA campaign on an Ad Network and want to use the (Flash Banner Creative) provided on my CPA network. I cannot figure out "HOW TO" get that flash banner from the CPA Network page and upload it to the Ad Network.

Holy Crap, theres ad banners everywhere you look online so it can't be that freakin complicated. I've tried finding the answers on Google, You Tube, Offervault, and now I'm looking to the Warriors for help.

Hoping some of you who have done any Flash Banner advertising can help.

Signed,

Desperate and Frustrated!!

    Hi Redoak,
The type of file you're trying to download is an adobe shockwave type of file with the file extension type of .swf.
I went through your frustration last year until I found out about a free add-on for Firefox. It's called Down-Them-All. I find it pretty handy. Anyways, that's the only tool that I use to "swipe" .swf files from the internet.
I don't think that the program is too complicated to use, but it does take a little getting used to.

    Good Hunting

Thanks so much for the info, I'll get the FF add on and try it. What I,m not sure about is that once you swipe the .swf file, can it then be uploaded to an advertising network?

Once you swipe the file, do you download it to your computer? say in a picture file or somewhere?

      Thanks again Tim

When you download the file, it will be a shockwave file with a .swf extension.

You would upload that file to the advertising network.
