CPA Networks Application after acceptance.

Hello Everybody...I have noticed that some CPA networks have a system where you have to apply their cpa offers in order to run them. however on very well known Networks such as Maxbounty and neverblue, most offers are already preapproved immediately you are accepted. Why do these other networks do this application thing and which networks appart from the ones i have mentioned have their offers available without going through another application just to run an offer.???:confused:

It depends on your geo location i think, cuz those advertisers only do their business for clients from certain countries, that's why they need targeted traffic

      Many different reasons.

some advertisers require site placements before publishers can begin promoting offers, this is common for highly sensitive offers like Education offers.

Offers may have CAP's, daily, monthly, per affiliate, ETC and in order to manage those CAP's the network will place the offer as select to make sure the publisher is aware of the CAP's before going live. If there was no approval process for offers like this every publisher in the network could pick up the offer and blow through the CAP's set forth by the ADV.

Lastly and this is pretty common for bigger brand offers like groupon, living social, netflix, ETC...these companies already have loads of distribution channels when it comes to online marketing so networks may have a tougher time getting these big brand offers into the network, to put them at ease and to ensure the company no fraud or rouge traffic will hit their offer, the network will pitch the idea of making their offer select or private to ensure only the top tier publishers are running the offer.
