Well I'm guessing you don't actually send traffic via media buys if you're looking for more detailed information to provide the network. Not trying to sound like Mr. Rogers but honesty is the best policy so if you don't actually plan on using media buying as a source of traffic, you're best bet is to provide the AM with real information regarding how you plan on driving traffic.

To answer your question though, you can use an ad-network which control the inventory you actually place media on. Ad-blade, CPX, Pulse 360, are examples of these types of network. some are self serving platforms, others you have a dedicated account manager. you bid for certain placements through these ad-networks.

Or you can contact site owners directly and negotiate rates to place media on their websites.

Stephen is absolutely right. If you're not doing media buys, do not try to mislead. One of our top forms of internal traffic is through media buys, so I could assure you we'd know you're yanking chains. I'd recommend starting small, and if you insist upon using media buys to start - then I'd go with a versatile and almost does-it-for-you system like AdBlade, or a more set-it-and-forget-it like Advertising.com's Ad Desk.

You shouldn't have lied on your application. Chances are high that your network manager is going to want to talk to you about your media buys over the phone, and they'll be able to see through your deception right away.

in my experience with cpa, i would tell them the truth and what i am doing to give them trust. Telling them that you use media buying is just a theory so far and i see this kind of guys in lots of WSO and threads in lots of forums and i am clearly know that AM would read all these and know who you are as well
