Rextopia not hosting banners ?

After checking their new affiliate account system, affiliates have to download and host banner images themselves.

Any comment ?

    They used to be a very good network, but now the public application has been closed. I don't have an account with them, so could u plz tell me how can we apply for nowadays? By shooting them an email or getting a referrer ?

    but i think self hosting all banners is very inconvenient to webmaster.
    DL and upload to own server.

    All CPA network use GEO-targeting, so non-US based webmaster like me rely on broken banner image to alert me the program is no longer active.

    To me this kind of makes sense.. it saves them lots of bandwidth.. and to be honest, you really should be testing different banners, i've never seen a network banner perform better than a homemade banner

    If a network serves banners, depends on the network's policy, affiliates can still choose to host the banners if they prefer this is better. So you have options.
