Maxbounty ad not working at all, what should I do.

AD NETWORKS

Ok, I have a website with a squeeze page and email signup and a banner for the offer my CPC ads were advertising. So far, I have had 6 email signups and no banner leads. I thought this was weird because the banner is right over the email signup, and who would sign up their email instead of click the direct link to the offer. I thought this was weird so I asked my friend Nolan, who WAS interested in the offer, to sign up. After 2 hours, there was no lead at all. I tried another link, told him to sign up again, and that was yesterday, and still nothing.
I don't want me ads to go for nothing. Please tell me what to do.

how are you getting people to your webpage? is the offer related to your demographics? it's really impossible to say anything without more info..

  Split test the same/similar offers with other cpa networks to see if it converts. Some offers never convert from my own experience.

I would definitely try a different network that has the same offer and see if it converts there. If you can't find the exact same offer, a similar one would work.

Some networks are shady and shave leads like crazy.

ADT offers are all over the place. A quick search at OfferVault gave me these networks:

  Care to be more specific? I have an account with them but never ran much through them because I stuck with the big guys like azoogle, hydra, neverblue etc.
