Is anyone really going to fill out those incentive offers? It seems that every offer requires you to fill out 7-8 pages of information.

They do convert. Try Blam Ads. They have the best in my opinion

I got accepted to Blam Ads, but I can't figure out how BlamAds Gateway postback? I need a postback url to my site to active an user so he can have access to the premier membership area. Is there a way for BlamAds to do that?
