The reason: Never downloaded a suppression list when using E-mail offers.
Don't make the same mistake!

Neverblue banned me also back in January. Right before I was supposed to receive my first check. I think they are stricter than most networks. I'm now with Maxbounty which is similar but they actually pay me. Maybe give them a try?

Never heard of either site but at first glance, I'd go with MaxBounty. May check them out myself.

OP - kind of confused why you would be banned for that...if you're a mailer, you must download the suppression file and scrub it against your email list....it would raise red flags if you were a mailer and didn't download the suppression file...unless they dont have you listed as a mailer in their network and if thats the case, i get the reasoning for banning.

That is a honest mistake, but a huge mistake. The reason they take it so seriously is because of legal reason associated with spam.

    Good Luck

A suppression list is a list of email addresses that you cannot send email communications to, you need to "scrub" your email list against that file to make sure you're not sending people who opted out emails...

OP - I'm sorry to say this but since you violated their T & C's, you forfeit all pending commissions...However, I'm still confused about the denial reason.

I'm not overly fussed about it. The only offer that I found unique to NB was the Lovefilm.uk but I have found that elsewhere.
What will happen to my remaining balance?

Highly doubtful you'll receive payment once banned.... but ya never know, just contact them/AM and let them know it was an honest mistake and will you receive your balance. 99.9% of the time I'd say the networks won't care though lol, but you can try

It would depend on the amount, I mean, if its like 100 bucks, chances are no, but it is a few thousand, defiantly look into that. I mean, thats like a months pay.

Absolutely....they're at the top the food chain so whatever practices / procedures they have in place seem to be working for them.

      Hi IM,

I got accepted with neverblue some time back and setup a website superiordownloads, then took off to Japan. Ain't nothing shaking no bucks nothing and I refuse to buy any of these wacko courses. Got to admit I'm a musician and haven't devoted my full attention to the details of cpa marketing. I cut my teeth in affiliate marketing/video marketing. I was fooling around while living in Japan and applied to Neverblue and they accepted me ?? Now I'm back in the usa with the wife/kid and aim to stay home, sure could use the help. I'm also setup with quite a few top mobi networks... any suggestions ???

      Thanks in advance!

imo you'll lose your balance... thats how most networks like it, they find you on the wrong, they have the precedent of every generated earning... hope you get your money though...

Hope you didn't have too much money with them but yes, I think they had every right if you didn't use the suppression list.
