More fraud is perpetrated on CPA networks through Paypal payments than any other avenue. It is normally a red flag when an affiliate on their first payment wants to be paid by Paypal. That is if the affiliate is unknown to the network.

if you are a legitimate affiliate, it is always best to establish a level of trust with a network before they will pay you through PayPal.

I would be wary of networks that are too eager to pay you through this method. The reason is that those networks may experience higher fraud rates than other networks which means simply that you will be at risk of not getting paid because the advertiser will ultimately walk away from the network if they see fraud.

While I am sure this is not going to be a popular position with most new warriors, it is a reality of our industry where rogue affiliates run wild. Even on this forum (which I have been a member and contributor for several years) there are postings that are looking for help in establishing an account at a network.

The reason it is hard to get into some networks is because they cannot afford to take on anyone who might send fraudulent traffic to their advertisers. Thus, if you are new, it is always best to play it by the book and work hard to find quality sources of traffic that converts well. Do this and you will have a lot less trouble getting approved from networks.

In addition, it is definitely in your best interest to be able to be found in social media. The biggest worry for networks is that any new affiliate they accept is actually a rogue. Making yourself personally identifiable to the networks through your social network links is one way that they can feel confident that you are who you say you are and that you will send legitimate traffic.

Once you do this, you will find it much easier to get approved and the level of service you receive after you apply will be much greater.

Buying and Selling of CPA Network accounts is like screaming out "I can't/don't want to fraud under my own name can I do it with yours." The whole concept of this is just crazyness, yet it still happens all the time. Hopefully the majority of the networks can detect this type of situation and catch the account before the fraud occurs. There's a reason if your account is denied by a network. If you are doing things legitamently you simply shouldn't having a problem getting approved by a network.

The English that you have written here is enough to get accepted into a CPA network. Apply newbie friendly networks first.

If you are really from Japan, you will not find it difficult to get into CPA Networks.

Don't try to buy CPA network accounts. Only fraudsters try to buy accounts and they can't make money at all because networks have enough experience with fraudsters and they can find it very easily.
