I don't get this!?

Hi everyone,

I come to ask, if anyone has used 7search before, and what are your experiences with it?

i started a direct linking offer 2 days ago, i had 12 clicks and 1 conversion.

I've now had 364 clicks, but still only 1 conversion!!

What the heck is this about!?

I think I may test a different offer, similar to this one. That will hopefully convert a lot better.

Anyone ever had trouble or success with 7search?

    Simple.

    - Your keywords may not be targeted to the offer
    - The offer is garbage and doesn't entice people to buy (because you direct linked and didn't pre-sell it yourself)
    - The traffic is crap in the first place (i.e 2nd tier search engines).

    Lots of reasons but only 1 action to take: Promote something else or with other methods and traffic sources.

      Thanks for your reply. It's definitely not the offer, it converts well. I'm sure it's not the keywords either, I have thousands. However, the traffic could just be complete pants. I've been fiddling with other campaigns all day with no success.

      Could be me, but it would appear 7Search's traffic just isn't interested, despite the thousands of clicks lol

    7search traffic doesnt convert.

    I lost money with them as well. Some say that the company is committing click fraud (one guy tracked all the clicks coming from one IP address).

    I like many others lost alot of money using them.

      Thanks Kingofherheart. I guess 7Search is just a bit rubbish then. I have heard of people doing well with it though, yet so much negativity aswell. Bizarre. I hope your losses wern't too high.

    The are a lower teir network hands down. Anyone with experience knows that YES 7search CAN CONVERT...

    with that said it is very hard and more than not you will probably not see very good results. I see a lot of complaints from them, but then again you never here the good side.

    Are you tracking where your conversions came from? Focus on those keywords

    Don't be afraid to pull your own link, enter legitimate information onto the form (i have a friend that must get hit with 50 emails on a daily basis from this) and see if the offer is tracking properly...if it does, be sure to contact your AM and let him or her know you fired a test lead through so they can remove it and don't think you're trying to commit fraud.

    On the surface, it's the source...i rarely hear success stories from publishers that use 7 search but to be sure it's not the offer, send a test through.

    Unfortunately, it's hard to help you beccause there are endless possibilities to explain your low conversion rate. Wrong keywords, bad ads, wrong offer, etc...

    So what you have to do is track your campaign and try to spot the problem, find out what element isn't performing well.

    I myself don't use 7search, but I've seen several threads about this platform here on the forum during the last few months, so maybe if you make some research you will find useful information to help you understand what's going wrong.

    I haven't tried 7search before , but I have heard that you need to make lots of tests before you make 7search work for you .

    You also need to understand that if an offer works successfully with other PPC advertisement platforms such as Adwords or MSN, it doesn't necessarily mean , it would work with 7search.

    I'm confident that the offer converts, it's converted elsewere, and has a good average conversion rate on the CPA network. I listed thousands fo keywords too so I'msure that's not the problem. My tracking was also spot on, and the offer was working correctly as I received 1 conversion after 4 clicks. But 1000 clicks later, no other conversions.

    So I have called it a day with 7Search. Not the PPC network for me, I'll stick with what's working.

      Did you take advantage of our conversion pixel that we give to advertisers? Did you also have a very good understanding of our client interface and the different tools and variables that we offer to you? I ask this because I would like to help you or anyone reading these threads with their campaigns or questions.

    I don't see how this is anything abnormal. You really need a larger sample size before looking to compare data
